Congratulations on your therapy success, Ms. Block!

Ms. Block came to The Courtyards at Pasadena following a home accident that led to a hip fracture. At admission, Ms. Block relied on the facility staff for repositioning in bed, transfers, and all daily living tasks, as he was unable to walk due to weight restrictions and pain. The exceptional nursing and therapy team at The Courtyards at Pasadena worked together to devise a custom treatment plan to address pain, weakness, balance issues, and providing strategies for achieving independence despite her weight-bearing restrictions.

 We are excited to share that Ms. Block is now walking short distances with a rolling walker, managing transfers and bed mobility without assistance, and is completing dressing tasks. Ms. Block has successfully returned home to be with her family.  A testament to bother her unwavering commitment and remarkable care delivered by the team at The Courtyards at Pasadena.
